Anyhow, pageant stuff jus made me feel more inferior. I hate to say but ive been feeling fat these days and out of the blue im jus ranting abt it daily to the people around me. Perhaps its jus me - my emotions or jus that im really fat. I really wouldn't mind having a bikini figure or perhaps to start off with to trade off my elephant legs for their gorgeous ones. But yet, all of us are born special and with such features for a reason. I shall be humourous and say that my elephant legs are because I might model as one or that i represent the elephants? How funny.
Oh yes, but a few boo boos that i felt made the whole pageant moment ruined on National TV was the blunder of Ms USA slipping on stage in the evening gown array. It was glorious how she fell, and also glorious how she came back up. Surprisingly the US decided to send a Jessica Alba look-a-like (need i mention, shes hot) and for the first time (after having watched a few pageants which i do not have vivid recollection on) US sent a petite woman to represent them. Shes really small built man! Did i mention that despite her fall she made it from top 10 to top 5.....
Moving on, the time when they were announcing the winner.. What a spoiler, they didn't even give some intensity or a moment of pause for any of them (be it fourth or third runner up) to relish that moment. Although i must say Ms China really relished her Ms Congeniality moment on stage! But really, there should always be some sort of suspense or timing to let the viewers have the winners sunk in. But Ms Japan was a good choice. She speaks for us. ASIANS! haha :D
Whats most hilarious is that they were saying how the Japanese have, over time, inherited great features like long legs, nice body and etc etc. You don't attribute this to the winning the crown again after a barren 40-odd years.
Yes the many discoveries and horrors of horrors jus by watching a two hour pageant show on TV. Hehehehe.
Now, how often do you see Sharmaine blogging like that?
Thats living my moment~
